House Keeping Facilities:
The Hospital has a policy of changing Linen everyday. Hot Water is made available round the clock. Outgoing call facility can be easily availed at Rs. 3 per call. Television facility is provided to the Suites, Deluxe, Single Rooms and Double Sharing Rooms. Refrigerator is provided in Suites and Deluxe Rooms. Newspaper is also provided in Suites and Deluxe and Single Rooms.
Billing:
a: Payments are to be made in advance and also whenever advance statement is presented to you. For any assistance related to billing, please contact billing incharge/accounts officer. All payments are accepted in cash, cheques are not accepted. Visa/Master Card Facilities are available.
b: Doctor visiting fees, operation charges and investigation charges are charged according to the category in which the patient is admitted.
Attendant Pass:
One Attendant Pass is allowed per patient. For Suites, 1 additional pass is allowed. Please remember less attendants-less strain on the patients.
Visiting Hours:
All Weekdays 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Sundays and Holidays - Additional 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM Children of Less then 13 years of age are not allowed in the Hospital except on Sundays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Patients Meal Timings:
Breakfast 8:00 to 8:30 AM Lunch 12:30 to 1:00 PM Evening Tea 3:00 to 3:30 PM Dinner 7:00 to 7:30 PM
Patient Preferences for diet may be communicated to the ward sister.
Cafeteria:
Cafeteria services are available to the patient attendant and visitors on the cash payment. However, to maintain cleanliness standards, attandants are requested to visit the canteen for refreshments instead of room service.
