LAND: St. Philomena's Hospital to which the College of Nursing is attached has a land with a total area is 6½ acres. The land is available for the college is 2½ acres.
BUILDING: The College of Nursing is accommodated in a well designed stone cement concrete building. There are 10 lecture halls, with facilities like black board, overhead projector, sound system, Laptop, LCD projector and all necessary furniture.
There is a conference hall, Demonstration Room and Laboratories for Nutrition, Nursing arts and Fundamentals of Nursing, Anatomy & Child health Nursing, Microbiology and Computers. All the Laboratories are well equipped. There is an auditorium, which can accommodate 600 persons, with a stage, sound system, lightening and necessary furniture. |

There is a suitable office accommodation for the Principal, Vice Principal, the teaching staff and the clerical establishment. For the use of committees, there is a conference room.

Hostel facilities are available for all the students. Each student has a bed, a cupboard and furniture needed for study. The hostel has a dining hall, kitchen and pantry, sanitary and bathing facilities, a common room, a visitors room, an enquiry and reception counter. For out-door and indoor recreational activities, facilities are available. There are facilities for learning to play musical instruments such as the guitar, key board, drums etc. |

A team of doctors from St. Philomena's hospital is assigned to treat sick Nursing Students. |

The college has a field practice area for Community Health Nursing located about 10kms away at Nagavara. The Health centre is known as St. Philomena's Health centre with a full set up of staff of all categories. There is a hostel with necessary facilities at Nagavara for the student nurses sent for community health training to stay at during the period of their assignments. |
