Dr. Nikhil Hegde is an Orthopaedic specialist with clinical and academic experience in trauma and a wide range of orthopaedic conditions. He completed his MBBS from MVJ Medical College, Bengaluru, followed by an MS in Orthopaedics from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. He has experience in managing trauma and complex orthopaedic cases, with exposure to hand surgery, arthroplasty, paediatric orthopaedics, spine surgery and arthroscopy. His clinical interests include brachial plexus injuries, fracture management and reconstructive orthopaedic procedures. He has been involved in both independent and supervised surgical procedures, emergency trauma care and multidisciplinary patient management. He has also contributed to academic teaching, research and clinical presentations, with publications in peer-reviewed medical journals. He is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-focused orthopaedic care with emphasis on safe and effective treatment.
